Linda Finn, LeAna Bui, Stacy Hansen, all Arroyo Vista PTA leaders, and an unidentified fourth person arrived to sit on the bench near the pool after all of the earlier activity had occurred. They stayed for 15 to 20 minutes, missing the park activities before and after they left.
