When
Principal Robert Nye heard rumors of "disruptive
activity" following a 200-person walkout and rally at
Dana Hills High School on Thursday in response to a

teachers, he made the following announcement Friday
morning: "Students who choose to participate in
disruptive behavior today will receive disciplinary
consequences. If you are a senior, you may jeopardize
culminating senior activities. If you are a student
athlete, you will risk your ability to participate in
future athletic events," according to a copy of the
announcement obtained by The Orange County Register.
