School district is not above the law

Anne Fox, Capistrano Valley News I have read with disgust about the
recent actions of our school board and its staff. As such, I have
sought the help of my city representatives and their staff to what
appears. I have requested that the City Council consider legal
action against Capistrano Unified School District on behalf of the
voters, or at the very least follow the state and local laws that
are applicable to this high school project...
