I read with great sympathy
about Capistrano Unified School District’s problem in receiving
proper funding to support the needs of their special education
students. The "pink postcard" campaign mounted by the Capistrano
PTA demonstrates the ingenuity of parents and teachers who
rightfully request that the federal government send them the
shortfall amount in funding that they are owed…
