CUSD has systematically, continually (an oftentimes in patently fraudulent manner) violated California law by expanding existing school sites to astonishing, unsafe and illegal levels. For years, CUSD has been illegally placing portable classrooms on the playground areas of schools without adhering to the safeguard and analyses required by the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
