Re: Potential Legal Action Relating to CUSD Recall Petitions
Dear Mr. Rosen:
We understand that Becky Bauer, Kim Lefner and Kevin Murphy (collectively, your Clients) have approached you for the purpose of seeking a writ of mandate relating to mistakes made by the Orange County Registrar of Voters in refusing to certify the recall petitions against all seven members of the CUSD Board of Trustees.
