Angry parents and citizens in South Orange County are featured in an eleven minute Full Disclosure Internet video, describing the unsafe and unsanitary classrooms, gross fiscal mismanagement and school corruption which has sparked their 2005 campaign to recall all seven members of the Capistrano Unified School District.
