Reform Trustees Save CUSD $5.5 Million Dollars - Judge Dismisses Lawsuit Brought By CUSD's Disgraced Former Supt. Carter

The $5.5 Million dollar lawsuit brought against CUSD by disgraced former supt. Woodrow Carter (aka Arnold Carter) was dismissed today.  Kudos to the new CUSD reform trustees for firing this greedy educrat -- he was a corrupt individual and deserved to be fired for cause after he was caught red handed trying to insert a $500,000 golden parachute clause into his own employment contract and committing other illegal acts detailed in the written termination report.

The Trustees obviously did the right thing when they fired this corrupt and greedy educrat. It really makes us wonder why Erin Kutnick's pro-union "Children First" group, as well as hundreds of union members, fought so hard to protect Carter from being fired. Why did they fight so hard to protect Carter when the facts so clearly showed he'd been caught "red handed" trying to rip off the school district by inserting a golden parachute severance clause into his own employment contract without board approval?
Interesting ... At the most recent CUSD board meeting, these same union thugs disrupted the board meeting and called out loudly in open session, "BRING BACK FLEMING."

The culture of corruption is alive and well within the ranks of the CUSD union leadership and Children First group.

Carter was a selfish crook who deserved to be fired for cause. Have you Carter supporters ever read the detailed termination report issued by the school district when Carter was canned? He broke numerous laws while on the job.

Surely you don't believe that a person who is caught breaking the law shouldn't be fired?

Or is that merely a complication that can be "overlooked" so long as the corrupt superintendent is willing to tow the union line?
